Lichee Sponge Cake

Ingredients
maida (flour) - 1 cup
condensed milk - 1/2 tin (200 g)
baking powder - 1 tsp
cooking soda (soda bicarb) - 3/4 tsp
oil - 1/3 cup
canned lichees - 1/2 cup
water - 1/4 cup
ghee or butter for coating glass bowl

Method
1. First sieve the maida, baking powder, cooking soda together.
2. Now put all the ingredients in a mixie and grind them well.
3. Take a round glass bowl, coat it inside with ghee or butter.
4. Pour batter into glass bowl.
5. Microwave on 60-80% power for 10 mins.
6.Let it stand for a couple of mins before inverting onto a dish.
